ElPolloDiablo

Sigmund Hansen is the guy behind Chicken Soft, ever since using the nickname ElPolloDiablo (The Chicken Devil, yes it's the one and only Monkey Island protector of chickens) chickens have been important to my (yes it's first person singular) games. No you will not yet find any chickens in the games currently available here, but trust me you will soon enough (especially if the Furious Battle Chickens project is brought to life, no it's not a fighting game, it's an online rpg, no not a mmorpg).

When starting Chicken Soft I had already made two of the games, which you could earlier play at www.chickenrpg.com, which was also a site by me, based on my even earlier www.chickenrpg.f2s.com site. Neither of these sites exist any more. These games were Starcruiser and Java Pong, which were my first two games ever made. For both of these games I am the programmer, graphics and sound artist. If you are wondering how I made the sounds for these games, it was simple. I used my mic and recorded the weird sounds coming from my mouth, yes it's true they have all been made orally. It's a bit more obvious for Pong than Starcruiser, especially the lightspeed sound in Starcruiser as it has an added doppler/pitch effect.

Sigmund Hansen's roles in Chicken Soft:

Programmer <primary task>
Graphics artist
Sound artist
Webmaster

Some of my nicks:

ElPolloDiablo - taken from one of my all time favourite game series Monkey Island by Lucasarts.
Sardtok - One that I made up for an Everquest character (yes, it's Sardtok Jestnak the Evil Necromancer)
NorwegianSpecialAgent - I've been using this for Half Life since it came out, no I never got around to making the clan NSA (which is the names initials and also why I made it)
Agent - short for NorwegianSpecialAgent, became my CS nick after joining the p0wah p0f clan (later just p0wah, but now no longer in existence)
